About us
The Sydney Latin-American Film Festival is a non-profit organisation made up of committed crew working together on a volunteer basis. The individuals and groups represented under the Festival share a common interest in both Latin American culture and Community Development.
Our collective backgrounds have roots in Communications, Media and Film and currently our work is linked to various Community and Cultural Development organisations.
We are passionate about helping to build healthy communities locally and in Latin America. We see the best way to do so is to support those organisations who actively provide sustainable programs for evolving communities. Profits from the festival will be channelled into such organizations; more information is available in our Community Support section
