The Sydney Latin American Film Festivals Audience Award
The Sydney Latin American Film Festival is pleased to present its Audience Award for the second year. The Audience Award recognises the most popular Short, Documentary and Feature as voted by Festival patrons.
The 3rd Sydney Latin American Film Festival in partnership with Intepid Travel is excited to be offering one lucky audience member the chance to WIN a Trip for 2 two people FLIGHTS INCLUDED to Latin America. To be in the running to win this prize, patrons must complete the Audience Award form handed out at the end of each film session.

Terms of Entry
The 3rd Sydney Latin American Film Festival Audience Award will be awarded to the most popular Short, Documentary & Feature screened over the course of the Festival, from Thursday 6th March to and including Sunday 16th March. In order for films to be considered for an Award at least 15 valid forms must be cast.
Audience Award voting forms for the 3rd Sydney Latin American Film Festival will be handed to patrons at the end of every session. The Audience will be asked to circle only one number from 1 – 5 which best represents how much they enjoyed the film. Voting for each film will close half an hour after the end of session. Votes cast after this time, will be deemed invalid. An Audience Award form will be considered valid if the vote can be clearly identified.
All votes will be counted twice, or until both parties achieve the same number. These votes will then be calculated by aggregate means in order to establish a winner.
No contest will be entered into once winners have been announced. Audience Award winners will be contacted by organisers of the 3rd Sydney Latin American Film Festival to inform them of the Award. Winners of the Audience Award for best Short, Documentary & Film will receive no prizes or monies.
The Sydney Latin American Film Festival is a non-profit organisation, no permit is required.
Terms & Conditions
-The prize is for 2 adults (aged 18+) on the homeland of the incas (trip code GSO). Prize includes return economy air travel (including airline taxes) for 2 adults from Sydney to Lima and internal travel and accommodation at the destination.
-The Intrepid trip & return airfares must be booked simultaneously.
-The prize must be booked and completed between 01/03/2008 and 30/11/2008. No extension is available.
-The trip & airfares are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel. Airline carrier is at the discretion of Intrepid and will depend on availability. Carbon offset is covered by Intrepid.
-Local payment (US$450) is not included and is the responsibility of the prize winner and their travel companion. More information at www.intrepidtravel.com/about – This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
-All travel insurance, domestic airfares if required, any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional accommodation, personal spending money, passports, travel visas required, transport to and from departure point, single supplement and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.
-There is no cash value to this prize & cannot be exchanged or transferred.
